ASSOCIATE TO JOIN CRIMINAL LAW PRACTICE

We are currently seeking a highly motivated attorney to join our Criminal Law practice
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participation in local/regional/global projects as a team member;
- Analyzing cases under Ukrainian and foreign legislation;
- Providing legal advice to clients in the field of criminal law.
- Preparation and filing of procedural documents at all stages of criminal proceedings.
- Monitoring of legislation (changes in legislation in the field of criminal law and procedure).
- Participation in negotiations on projects;
- Communicating with clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Obligatory to have a higher legal education;
- Practical experience of work as an attorney in the sphere of criminal law not less than 3 years.
- The presence of the certificate of the right to engage in the legal profession
- Excellent knowledge of the legislation;
- Ground knowledge of criminal law, as well as the process.
- Practical positive experience of self-directed case at all stages of criminal proceedings.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Good team player;
- Independent decision making;
- Attention to detail.
