We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join International Litigation Department

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in local/regional/global projects as a member of the team, as required, to ensure optimumoutcomes for the clients;
• Analysis of cases in Ukrainian and International Law;
• Development of legal strategy of the case;
• Preparation of the necessary procedural documents;
• Representation of clients in court;
• Support enforcement proceedings;
• Communication with the clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in law from reputable state universities (LLM isa plus);
• At least 3 years of work experience asa senior associate in reputable local or internationallaw firm;
• Good knowledge of procedural law;
• Relevant experience in Dispute Resolutions(commercial disputes, not less than 3 years) on thewide variety of issues and experience of representingclients’ interests in international arbitration institutionsis a plus;
• Brilliant drafting skills;
• Fluent spoken and written legal and business Englishis a must;
• Attorney’s status;
• Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word, Exceland Outlook;
• Strong time management and organizational skills;
• Strong drive and initiative;
• Resilience and tenacity – able to remain effective andfocused under pressure;
• Results-driven personality;
• Confidence to interact at all levels;
• Team player.
