Anna Kombikova, Senior Associate, participated in UBA Alternative Dispute Resolution committee

Kyiv, 9th September. Anna Kombikova, Senior Associate of Eterna Law, participated in discussion “Pros and cons of mediation as the primary method of corporate and commercial dispute resolution.”

The event took place on September 8 and was organized by the UBA Alternative Dispute Resolution committee. During the meeting, participants discussed feasibility of using mediation in corporate and commercial dispute resolution, as well as shared their experience of successful precedents.

Representatives of the corporate sector and lawyers-members of ADR committee attended the meeting.
