ETERNA LAW was acted as a partner of the All-Ukrainian Forum «Ukraine 30. Development of Justice», to discuss the most important problems of judicial reform, jurisprudence and the legal profession.
The event was officially opened by the President of Ukraine, and representatives of the Office of the President, Government, Verkhovna Rada, Council of Europe and other international organizations joined the forum.
During three days the following were considered: the role and mission of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts, the draft of the new Criminal Code, the prospects of recoding the Civil Code of Ukraine and the basic principles of development of the Bar of Ukraine.
