Kyiv, November 16 – ETERNA LAW acted as a partner of the VII All-Ukrainian School for Dispute Resolution, which was organized by the Coordinating Council of Young Lawyers of Ukraine.
The event brought together the leading lawyers of the country to familiarize with the basic principles of arbitration and to teach young lawyers to put it into practice in the form of lectures and master classes. Alina Podolyak, attorney-at-law, opened the school and told participants about the resolution of domain disputes at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.
Among the speakers were – Vsevolod Volkov, Partner of EVERLEGAL, Sergey Uvarov, Counsel of INTEGRITES, Alexander Frolov, Senior Associate of CMS Attorney Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.
Participants had the opportunity to talk with professionals in the legal market, gaining unique experience in international commercial arbitration
ETERNA LAW has repeatedly supported the events of the Coordinating Council of Young Lawyers of Ukraine under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. So, earlier were jointly organized the All-Ukrainian School of Corporate Law, M&A and Real Estate, and the V All-Ukrainian Student School of Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods, etc.
