Kyiv, October 3th. Paying a lot of attention to corporate social activities, Eterna Law acted as a pro-bono consultant and partner for organization Run For Peace in the realization of the “Go_UA_Glory” online exhibition.
The exhibition was organized on the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
Team of lawyers of Intellectual Property Practice of Eterna Law – Kateryna Gnativ and Darya Romashchenko was led by Ilarion Tomarov helped to resolve a number of issues, including: the question of the intention to use objects of copyright with a non-profit purpose, namely to promote a healthy lifestyle, sports, Olympic sports conclusion and drawing up of the license agreement, minimization of possible legal risks.
