Among the guests will be representatives of large business of the different branches of the agricultural sphere, power industry and financial institutions.

The process of deoffshorization in Ukraine is gaining momentum now. The latest trend in the EU was the implementation of the European’s directive aimed at struggle with non-transparent taxation and tax evasion. Numerous requirement for law firms, banks and other financial institutions are introduced to implement a registration of the ultimate beneficiaries of its customers and provide such information to the financial monitoring of the country. In view of these changes, the creation of trusts, foundations and other structures in order to conceal the ultimate owner will gradually lose its relevance.
