Kiev, 11th of July. The practice of Corporate law and M&A was recognized as the best in Ukraine according to the rating of the Global’s 100 – 2015 magazine.
Global 100 – an annual ranking that rewards the top 100 companies and individuals from 163 countries of the world in the sphere of corporate law and M&A. The main aim of the rating is to provide readers with an independent Global list of the best companies from around the world.
Selection of winners takes place in two stages: at first, editorials receive offers from readers, and then sorts the potential winners on the criteria of strategy approach, the complexity and scale of the work within the framework of projects implemented by the company over the past year.
