Eterna Law held a boutique conference on international arbitration within the framework of the II AAU Litigation Forum

Kyiv, March 15 – Eterna Law acted as the exclusive partner of the boutique conference on international arbitration at the II Litigation Forum of the Association of attorneys-at-law of Ukraine. Eugene Blinov and Aleksandr Lugovskyi moderated the panel, devoted to the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.

The boutique conference “International Arbitration” brought together leading lawyers of the country to discuss the latest procedural changes. Speakers included: Oksana Karel, head of the international dispute resolution and arbitration team, senior associate at the Arzinger law firm’s Kyiv office, Vsevolod Volkov, partner at LF Everlegal, and Julia Atamanova, counsel at the LCF Law Group, as well as judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal – Anna Kryzhanovskaya and Vera Shibueva. Participants did not avoid the practical issues of recognition and enforcement of arbitration decisions.

The II AAU Litigation Forum is a large-scale and professional event to discuss the current state and prospects of the judicial system of Ukraine. The event was held at the International Congress Center “Ukrainian House”. The AAU Litigation Forum united lawyers, judges, and state authorities to discuss practical experience after judicial and legal reform and the introduction of new rules for administrative, economic, and civil proceedings.
