On 26 April, the law firm Eterna Law held a seminar jointly with the Committee for Central and Eastern Europe and the Committee on International Trade, with the New York State Bar Association in a video conference mode. The seminar focused on the issue of sanctions and international public law. Speakers of the event: Hon. Volodymyr Yelchenko, Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN, Michael Hendrix, OFAC, U.S. Department of Treasury, Robert J. Leo Meeks, Sheppard, Leo & Pillsbury. The moderator was Sergei Goshovsky, the Central and Eastern Europe Committee, NYSBA.
The seminar was attended by two countries: Ukraine and the USA. Participants of the event are clients of the law firm Eterna Law – national and international companies.
