ETERNA LAW TEAM HAS SUCCESSFULLY REPRESENTED IN COURT THE INTERESTS OF THE UKRAINIAN MANUFACTURER IN THE DISPUTE AGAINST THE AGGRESSOR STATE

ETERNA LAW team has successfully represented in court the interests of a Ukrainian manufacturer in the dispute against the aggressor state. As a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, the production facilities of the enterprise in the Kyiv region were destroyed and damages in the amount of more than 2 million euros were caused.

During the course of the dispute, ETERNA LAW’s lawyers collected and analyzed in detail all the necessary evidence to prove that the aggressor state should be held liable for the damages caused to the Client, as well as the significant amount of such damages. The legal justification of the client’s position was strengthened by implementation of the provisions of international legal acts, as well as to the current national case laws in this category of disputes. As a result, ETERNA LAW’s team managed to present a precise and thorough position to the court, which resulted in the court satisfying the client’s claims in full.

Oleksii Metel, Associate, worked on the project under the guidance of Kristina Shapovalova, Counsel of International Litigation and Head of War-Damages Compensation Practice and Oleh Malskyy, Partner of ETERNA LAW.
