Ms. Shapovalova has about 10 years of professional experience in advising local and foreign clients on Ukrainian litigation and cross-border litigation. Kristina has represented numerous clients and provided complex legal advice on matters of Ukrainian and international law.
Kristina is admitted to the bar in Ukraine and is also co-chair of AAU Committee on Compensation for Damages Caused by Military Aggression and War Crimes.
Ms. Shapovalova is listed among the ‘Top 30 Under 30 Lawyers’ in both 2021 and 2023 in Ukraine. International War-Damages Compensation Practice headed by Kristina is named as “Practice Leader. Top Position” (Client Choice-2023) according to the results of the research “Leaders of the Market: Rating of Legal Companies – 2023.”
Before joining ETERNA LAW, Kristina held position of Attorney-at-Law in private law firm and represented clients in civil, commercial and corporate disputes.
