Mrs. Medvedieva specializes in the field of corporate law and corporate governance, as well as support of M&A agreements. Her experience in the field of corporate governance and corporate law covers drawing of internal corporate documents, implementation of agreements in the corporate contracts, consulting on the creation of representative offices of foreign legal entities and registration in Ukraine of persons whose founders are foreign companies.

She has significant experience in conducting legal due diligence of companies in various industries, developing and negotiating transaction documents and preparing contracts of various types.

Her expertise in the field of IT law includes such areas of specialization as information technology, IT contracts and electronic communication etc.

Through her experience in technology asset transactions, she is well versed in regulatory changes, cross-industry technology trends, including digital content and services, artificial intelligence, cyberspace and e-commerce.

Prior to joining ETERNA LAW in the course of her professional activity, she represented the interests of clients both in matters of dispute resolution within the framework of civil and economic proceedings, and in matters arising in the course of the commercial activities of companies, related to corporate governance.
