Elmira specialises in corporate, financial, tax and contract law. Her main areas of professional activity are supporting corporate structures and transactions, in particular business creation, conducting comprehensive due diligence checks, corporate structuring, changes in the composition of participants, preparation of internal corporate documents, and support for M&A deals.

In the financial and tax sphere, she advises on regulatory requirements for financial institutions, taxation of corporate transactions, cross-border transactions, obtaining licences and permits, as well as supporting interaction with tax and banking authorities and developing specialisation in the field of fintech regulation.

Before joining the ETERNA LAW team, she worked in judicial and tax authorities, where she gained practical experience in the application of legislation in the areas of tax audits, administrative disputes and public administration.

She is a lawyer and author of more than fifteen business and analytical articles published in Ukrainian professional publications and electronic legal systems.
