Philipp Taranenko

PRACTICE FOCUS

Philipp has more than 10 years of legal practice, specializes in corporate law, legal assistance, drafting contracts of different types, support of M&A transactions and ‘due diligence’, as well as cooperation with state authorities and institutions. Philipp has experience in project management and consulting in the fields of real estate and construction, industry, energy and natural resources, retail, and trade law. Mr. Taranenko has participated in projects involving obtaining permits from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for concentration and concerted actions, as well as in the support of anti-dumping investigations.

Prior to joining the ETERNA LAW team in 2018, Philipp worked for over 4 years in an international bank, where he was engaged in support of internal corporate activities and interaction with regulatory authorities.

In addition, Mr. Taranenko worked for a year in the consulting company European Profiles S.A. (Greece, Athens).
