Kyiv, the 3rd of March. Eterna Law conducted the 1st all-Ukrainian school of corporate law, M&A and real estate, which brought together almost 100 students and lawyers-practitioners. The event was organized by Eterna Law and the Coordinating Council of Young Lawyers at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
The school was held on April 1, 2017 in the format of lectures and workshops on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as real estate from leading practicing lawyers.
This is the second large-scale cooperation between Eterna Law and the Coordinating Council of Young Lawyers at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
Within the framework of the school, students not only listened to practically oriented lectures, but also could personally communicate with recognized experts in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, get advice on making a career in these branches of law.
Speakers were: Oleh Malskyy, Partner, Head of Corporate and M&A Practice, Maxim Uslishy, Partner, Stanislav Gerasimenko, Senior Associate, Head of Real Estate Practice, Artem Kuzmenko, Senior associate of Eterna Law, Dmitro Honcharenko, Associate, Coordinator of Infrastructure Practice of Eterna Law. And also Yuriy Nechayev, Counsel of Avellum and Andriy Romanchuk, Associate, Avellum.
