6th February – Moscow office of Eterna Law has successfully completed a complex project of bringing the activity of the company, a world leader in the market of food and household chemical products, in accordance with the applicable legislation in terms of compliance with the requirements of the Trade Act and the clarification of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.
In terms of the project, due diligence of the contracts and services with distributors, work on the harmonization of the new trading environment between client and trading networks on direct contracts, changes in the existing treaties.
