Anna Kombikova, Senior Associate of ETERNA LAW, joined meeting of the UBA Committee for ADR

Kiev, 31th of May  – Anna Kombikova, Senior Associate of ETERNA LAW, joined a meeting of the Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association for Alternative Dispute Resolution: “Illegally obtained proof in arbitration”

Following issues were discussed during the meeting:

• standards of proof and the application of law of the country where proof has been obtained;

• admissibility of proof: Ukrainian realities and current trends in international arbitration;

• practic aspect of using the proof obtained Illegally.
