Mrs. Oksana has over 20 years of professional experience in providing tax and legal advisory services. Her clients’ portfolio includes MNCs, major Ukrainian groups and high net worth individuals. Oksana Kneychuk has a distinguished track record of handling M&A and transaction structuring, advising on the most advantageous tax planning strategies for cross-border inbound and outbound investment, including development and implementation of efficient international tax structures and practical mechanisms for profits repatriation.

She has a vast experience of consulting on corporate reorganisations and distributions, sale of businesses, capital raisings, joint ventures, property developments and liquidations.

Mrs. Oksana’ extensive experience also covers provision of tax advice to high net worth individuals on private wealth structuring, preservation of wealth and tax planning.
