Oleh Malskyy – Partner, Head of Corporate & M&A, Head of International Trade

Mr Malskyy has over 20 years of professional experience in representing leading national market players, and foreign blue-chips in various corporate, transactional, and competition issues in such industries as natural resources, energy, and oil & gas, telecommunications, media, pharmaceutical, insurance, and financial institutions. He has also represented numerous clients in a wide range of antidumping issues and provided complex legal advice on the issues of Ukrainian and international law. He is entitled to practice law in New York and Ukraine.

Oleh Malskyy is certified in Anti-corruption compliance by First Law International.

Before joining the firm, Mr Malskyy held the position of Senior Associate at Magisters, one of the major Ukrainian law firms; practiced with the UK-based Magic Circle law firm Herbert Smith and a leading US-based law firm WilmerHale in Brussels. He also worked in public service at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and interned at the Parliament of Canada, the European Commission in Brussels, and UNCTAD in Geneva.
