Roman Rubanyk specializes in corporate and commercial law, as well as M&A transactions. He has experience in comprehensive support for asset acquisition or sale deals in Ukraine, including conducting legal due diligence, tax and corporate structuring of investments involving foreign jurisdictions, and currency transactions. Additionally, he assists clients in pre-sale preparation of target companies, advises on legal due diligence, and transactional documentation.

Roman has expertise in advising international corporations, investment funds on various issues related to antimonopoly and competition law, including participating in numerous complex legal audits focusing on compliance with competition legislation and regulatory requirements.

Following the legalization of the gambling market in Ukraine, Roman actively participated in advising foreign and national operators on legislation regarding the organization and conduct of gambling activities and licensing procedures.
