The ETERNA LAW team successfully represented a Ukrainian distributor of global toy brands in a dispute against the aggressor state, as a result of whose armed aggression the Client incurred significant losses.
Having thoroughly analyzed the circumstances of the case, the ETERNA LAW team gathered all necessary evidence and developed a robust legal strategy. As a result, the court ruled to recover from the aggressor state in favor of the Client not only the full amount of actual damages incurred, amounting to approximately USD 150 000, but also the legal costs incurred by the Client, in proportion to the awarded damages.
